Once you find a family that you feel is perfect for your baby, you can choose to connect with the family. You can choose to talk, text and meet with the family during your pregnancy and at the hospital. You can choose to have direct ongoing contact with the family before and after you deliver and place your baby. You can choose to exchange pictures, phone calls, texts, letters, visits and updates over the next 18 years of your baby’s life. Or you can choose to have all communications go through Hudson Hearts.
